Normalize orders, bookings and reservations into sortable account activity.
Parameters
- orders: ShopOrder[]
  Orders supplied by the host.
- bookings: ShopBookingOrderResponse[]
  Bookings supplied by the host.
- reservations: CustomerTableReservationResponse[]
  Reservations supplied by the host.
- now: number = ...
  Current instant as milliseconds since the Unix epoch. Defaults to Date.now(). Defaults to Date.now().
Returns AccountEntry[]
