Start a date and seat selection while retaining permitted contact and notes.
Parameters
- key: string
  Key supplied by the host.
- windowId: string
  Backend timewindow identifier, not the materialized row ID.
- seats: number
  Booked places, or requested seat count depending on the signature.
- OptionalvariantId: string | null
  Variant id supplied by the host.
