Convert positive eligible line quantities into the backend withdrawal request.
Parameters
- options: WithdrawalItemOption[]
  Options supplied by the host.
- quantities: Record<string, number>
  Quantities supplied by the host.
Returns { order_item_id: string; quantity: number }[]
- order_item_id: string
  
  Opaque backend order line identifier.
- quantity: number
  
  Eligible quantity selected for withdrawal.
